* All orders received by 4 pm. EST, Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped that day. All orders received after 4 pm or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the next business day.
* No orders will be shipped on Holidays or Saturday or Sunday.
* You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when your order has been shipped.
* Orders will be shipped to PO boxes by USPS.
* All orders require the signature of an adult when the delivery is made.
* Cancellation Policy Orders can only be canceled before the item has been shipped.
* Please contact a customer service representative at 1-800- 619-6352 or email customer service to cancel your order. Again, orders can only be canceled before the item has shipped.
* Refund Policy There are No Refunds after an order has been shipped.
